Skylite - Roof Window Repairs

Well what can I say,What a fantastic company !! I had an on going and very troublesome problem with 3 velux windows that had ,as it turns out,been extremely badly fitted.I had several repairs all of which failed . SKYLITE came and within a day had diagnosed the faults,peeled back the roof,fitted new Velux,replaced the roof and problem solved ,all with a full guarrentee. They were courteous,on time ,very clean covering everything and very reasonably priced.Will I recommend them YOU BETTYA.Well done Adam and your team,a thoughrally professional team. Im really pleased with the job, the price was very competitive, they showed up on time and cleaned up everything before they left. I would happily recommend them. They were polite and professional.

Avoid at all costs! After a terrible bodged attempt to fit my velux window I have spent far too many hours of my life chasing this company to either give me a refund or make the job good. They offer what at first seems to be a cheap price, but after paying for the job then hearing a lot of rattling sounds from the inside I have come to realise why!! The guy used the wrong flashing kit which was cut down to size and fell apart in the first breeze, left my roof tiles in a complete mess, large gap all around, daylight actually visible from the inside. I have still well over a month later not dared to plaster until I can afford to pay a professional to put right the work that these cowboys have done so badly. I only wish that is just fitted the window myself and saved all the stress. Every time I contact him there is an excuse why he will get back in touch a week later etc etc! Now he just ignores email or texts. If only negative stars were available... Don't say I didn't warn you
