        Lovely people very helpful with a huge range of bags

        Most disgusting customer service I have ever received. Staff are literally abusive rude and only have time for customers like Topshop. I have had complaints from my customers before about the quality of the bags, handles breaking after one wear they don't accept returns and make you feel awful for even asking. If you are a small business or boutique spending 1,000 or less I would avoid like the plague, you can buy cheaper without compromising quality elsewhere without the disgusting customer service and arrogant staff. Will be cheering when they close down!
