Really disappointed in the service received. Was sent the completely wrong order, emailed them immediately with no response then went on instagram to message to which was told to return all incorrect items (5/6items) and notify them so can send out correct items and refund delivery costs ... Good so far! Then the silence and ignoring of messages to request request update... finally a response to my messages to say they are too busy because of their sale and will deal with the return when they get to it... no consideration for the fact this was their error, and they are the ones who have caused the inconvenience and left me out of pocket. Really sad, especially when you wish to support small businesses and this is what you get.

Incredible hijabs. Lots of materials and lots of choice. Super reasonable prices! They also know which colours are in fashion and stock them in various materials. The accessories are also high in quality and the shipping is super fast. They are my go to for hijabs!

I placed an order which was missing some items. I emailed the company multiple times about it and they ignored me. They eventually emailed stating that the missing items had been sent, but I never received them. When I asked for tracking to prove they had been sent they again ignored all emails. A scam company.. If your customer pays for items and you have made a mistake on your side and not sent them and admitted to it, in your email then have the courtesy to send them out or refund! Don't simply ignore all emails, as you have no telephone number to ring, my only means is via email, as you advise on your website. Very poor customer service!
