Generally poor labelling and quality. Went to buy some onions and garlic on my way home, no signage regarding price. Asked the man at the till and he seemed to make a price up on the spot, I agreed and then he tried to charge a different price, relenting when I pointed it out. Further the garlic when using it had far more bad bits and was sprouting. And the onions were in a similar state.

My husband got from there on 2 different occasions 2 different items with bugs in it one he bought about 1 month ago which was noodles and in every packet there were bugs in the noodle itself and today he bought semolina and up on opening the bag of semolina there were bugs in there and the bag was freshly opened today, honestly I will not buy another thing from this place

Selling expired items...this is the second time. Firstly, they sold eggs that as been expired since year 2020 in January 2021, 2-3 weeks after, the second time they sold custard that as been expired since March 2018 and today is 23 January 2021...infact, the body that regulate foods items in the UK should look into this store.

Exceptionally BAD customer service. This is actually a ZERO star rating. They will overcharge you at any opportunity if you not paying very close attention at the till. Have had several experience where prices of items on reciept differ from price advertised on shelve, or an item scanned twice or more, or an extra 200 to my total bill. I have had to point these discrepancies out a few times, but they still try it on every now and again. Always ask for your receipt and check the item prices individually to ensure you not overpaying or paying for items not in your cart. Also NOTE, they charge 0.10 per bag at the till. Ridiculous!!!.
