On the day of the wedding the team were funny and they make you feel comfortable..
Our limo let us down and the team went above and beyond, they dropped some of the bridal party off at the park to get snaps and then from there dropped us off at the wedding venue:)
I highly recommend elite as a photographer and videographer !

They captured most of our day. The only problem was when we had dual cover on the main day, my wifes side of the filming was short, and when it came to editing, it got even shorter.
The customer service we received post wedding was really good, very understanding but unfortunately they were unable to resolve some issues and their solutions were not what we originally agreed, typical cowboy excuses. Still have not received a refund
The main wedding day was misaligned timing wise, e.g. people were out in the court yard one minute, then in the seating area then back in the courtyard. We had to spend near enough 3 hours at their head office to rearrange the timeline.
We had proofs where there were large sections of black screen, which we had to get removed. Clearly no one actually watched the videos before they sent them to us. We had to literally write everything down to the second, so they can re edit to the way it should be
We ended up with a stuttery Bluray DVD, and when I asked for it to be corrected, they could correct the actual file but were unable to burn it on to a Bluray without stutter, which was very disappointing. Their solution was to give it to us on a cheap USB stick.
Who gives their wedding film to friends and family to watch on a USB, clearly it was a way to get around their problem. Not something we agreed to.
Harry did the best he could with the tools he had, clearly some equipment upgrades are needed.
All in all it took them near enough 15 months to give us a substandard product, big difference from the original 6-8 months that were quoted and the product that was miss-sold to us.
In conclusion, I would not recommend these guys to anyone. The disappointing feeling is very hard to get rid of, especially when you pay the kind of money they charge.
