This guy is magical at what he does. Our photos are spectacular and we look at them all the time! It's important to have a special photographer for your wedding. They will be spending so much time with you on your magical day! We couldn't have wished for a nicer guy.

We are so happy with our wonderful videos which have captured many of the special moments throughout our day. The videos are perfectly edited and we cannot wait to look back on them in years to come. Lexi has been amazing throughout the process and has provided us with regular updates. We would really recommend choosing Shane Webber Photography for their videography services!

Well, what can I say about our experience with Shane, Lexi and the team? From start to finish they were the epitome of class and professionalism. Every crucial moment was captured with such finesse and quality that we will be able to look back on it forever. We booked the photography and videography package and because we had such a large wedding we booked an additional photographer and videographer. This meant that not a moment was missed of our special day - I would highly recommend this to anyone. I would absolutely recommend booking Shane himself for your day, if it is his brand youre paying for, why would you not book the man behind his signature style? Shane was a pleasure to spend my morning with (Bride) and we also benefitted from having our second photographer with the Groom and Groomsmen all morning. I cant say enough about this team, from before care, during and aftercare. Everything was slick, professional and they make it look effortless. We got both our photos and videos back in a timely fashion, much quicker than we were advised and I feel like they really do become invested in your love story which makes their presence at your day feel even more special. We truly feel so grateful to have found Shane and the team and will treasure what they have done for us forever. Thank you all! What an incredible team you are! Olivia & Tom x

We are extremely unhappy with the service from Shane Webber Photography following our wedding. We had to wait 17 weeks to get our photos back and almost 6 months down the line we are still waiting for our wedding video. I emailed asking for our video to be expedited on compassionate grounds, due to a relative who couldnt come to the wedding, now being extremely unwell, and I was given the following response: There isnt a lot we can do to speed up the process, with Christmas coming up we have a couple of films which we have committed to being delivered by then so there isnt the possibility of escalating the timeline very much. Along the way, when we chased the photos we were told that they had taken on a lot of weddings and so the wait for photos would be longer. We feel like Shane Webber Photography take on far too much work and in doing so, are unable to deliver the photography and videography within a reasonable time frame. Frankly, this detracts from the entire experience and value for money. We paid over 5000 and expected a far better service than we have received. Many of our friends who got married at a similar time received all their media long before us. Shane Webber Photography clearly take on more work than they can cope with, and as customers we feel completely devalued due to the long delay following our wedding in receiving our media, and Shane Webber Photographys inability to show compassion to their customers.
