    The experience weve had is shocking. When it works its fine but there are so many glitches not only with Apple interface but also serious issues when accessing excel and word files the system crashes. Been asking for issues to be resolved for months but they cant fix it. Supposed to be the largest provider in the uk which is worrying.

    Painful. Nearly completely unconcerned with UX/UI. When our rapid database growth caused integration to fail, UKFasts only response was that there was nothing wrong with their servers. A siloed ticketing system meant there was no one to speak with regarding our increasingly urgent big picture concerns. When we were finally forced to leave in order to salvage our website from crumbling, UKFast insisted on continuing to charge us for a service that we could no longer use. When we complained, we were told by senior account manager Mark - completely indifferent to our customer journey, more focussed on blaming us than taking feedback - that their service is intentionally agnostic and that integration is not, and has never been, their concern. Unless you have your own full-time IT team to handle all integration issues, suggest you avoid. Weve now moved to WP Engine and are enjoying amazing customer support and full integration service. Caveat emptor.
