My bunny is registered here and he recently had a castration surgery so weve had loads of visits and theyre absolutely amazing, they know how to handle pets really really well and they clearly care a lot! I would 100000% recommend its also very fairly priced and truly want best for your pets

I'm so so disappointed with this surgery. I have been coming here for over 15 years for a variety of my pets. The care has been good but the prices now are astronomical!! We paid 100 today for a small dog vaccine booster and worming tablet (found a different vet who do this for 50 including worming). Also got a quote for some dental work on my 11 year old dog and was quoted nearly 900 for 4 extractions and cleaning. Again a different vet quoted 369. You are taking advantage of so many pet owners who would pay anything to get their pets well. You have lost me and my current/future pets, a real shame.

Been going for over 7 years the new staff are rude, no communication didnt tell me the price before the service was done all they want is to rob ur money avoid at all cost told me I cant leave until I pay or its going to debt relief. On the computer said that a male did the pre check up which It was a female that did it. Disgusting behaviour. Lost a customer for over 7 years now will not be going back. Practise needs to be shut down
