        Waited 30 minutes for them to answer phone. Give up in the end and will be moving vets to a more reliable one. So after your response 12 months ago I have phoned again waited 30 minutes in your queue and give up. So try again after 4pm. Currently waiting in queue again another 31 mins how long do I wait your currently next in queue . Obviously, no change to your service. I give up. Dont use these vets if you want to get your dog seen
