I visited this clinic approximately 9.30pm 7/7/19 with my pet that had gone into labour and had 1 pup at home that died. I paid a consultation fee to be seen by a vet there which she was lovely and advised me to take her home and if she had no pups by 11.30 that night to bring her back. I called the clinic back at 12 that night to be told if I didnt have 2500 for a caesarean she couldnt be treated, but I can bring her in and pay another consultation fee, which I didnt have. I kept watch on her all night no pups arrived. So at around 6am I called back and told to bring her in, so I did. I was given options of pay for a caesarean or put her down, none of them opinions were suitable for me. So I was sent home resulting in the puppies dying inside her!!!! On Monday morning after watching my dog suffer all weekend with no help from various places I eventually got her in an animal trust on Monday morning, to which they gave her a caesarean a took out 3 dead pups. Im totally disgusted at the fees theses clinics charge out of hours letting animals suffer like this just because its out of hours. I later called up to tell them what had happened to be told off the receptionist it just wasnt ment to be!!!! Something should really be done about theses clinics charging these amounts of money for poorly pets.
