Thrifty Car and Van Rental Manchester

Got a courtesy car through Thrifty, turned up with it and said there was too much damage to go over so I naively didn't take photos of everything. Then they take a few hundred pounds out of our account without warning to fix "new damage" That happens to be in the exact areas where the old damage was. I guess its their MO to just scam people out of as much as possible. Will hopefully be sorted through customer services but may have to take legal action.

Where do I start Manchester Central Lisa working there has a problem with the way you look or if you've used an online discount code she should be sacked from the job wouldn't even come out to come explain why she wouldn't rent it to me had to send her colleague she had been trying to cancel my booking for days then on the day of my sister's wedding it was fully canceled. I have taken this further
