        Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered over two months ago, recieved nothing. Asked for a refund, got nothing. Impossible to speak to a human being - just an email with no response. Judging from previous reviews this is a consistent issue. Phone lines under maintenance for 6 months!

        Excellent service from Ranaida! There were some challenges with delivery which was complicated with international mail but Ranaida kept me informed at all times. I received my coffee pot which was well packaged and safely delivered! Thank you.
