Williams Select

Recently purchased a BMW 6 series from this company, and was very impressed with the service. Russell, the sales consultant, made me and my wife very welcome after we travelled from South Wales, was very professional, patiently answering queries without any pressure. He arranged a fair part-exchange for my own car, and everything went very smoothly. We are delighted with the car and the whole experience and I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

I contacted the dealer to enquiry about a vehicle to which I received a walk round vehicle for me to view. I then received a phone call from the sales guy asking what I thought of the vehicle, we discussed the price and transportation costs, I asked if there was any movement on going halfs with the transportation fee, I was informed that he would find out and let me know. 1 hour later to a recived an email from the sales guy saying the car had been sold, this is very un professional as he knew i was interested in the car and I was already to do the deal just waiting on the phone call from him on the transportation fee. I am very dissatisfied with the service as is would not have cost much to pick the phone up to contact me.

Excellent service, we dealt with Russell. The way he dealt with us was incredible, he was always there to answer any questions we had and it was a smooth process from start to finish. We cant fault Williams at all. He definitely sold us the car from the get go! 100% recommend!!
