Recently bought Seat Ibiza from The Car Centre . I can honestly say it was a pleasure to meet this father and son team . We were greeted warmly and offered tea ,always a plus in my book The car was well presented and got me back to Cambs no problems at all . I would definitely recommend these guys and will keep an eye on their stock for future reference. Thank you very much . Keep up the good work .

I bought a Jaguar XK from this garage. On my initial call I had some concerns as the car was advertised on the website with drive away insurance and warranty. On the day I was told this wasnt applicable to this car. Id made an appointment to see the car, however I was told Id need to wait for the boss, Onur. After waiting for about 45 minutes, he eventually arrived from another garage. Car seemed good condition and we agreed a price. On driving away, the car experienced a major fault and all of the coolant exploded all over the engine bay and under the car. The car was subsequently recovered by the garage and I waited patiently for an update on repairs. I was told the water pump needed to be replaced. It was difficult getting through to Onur despite emailing and calling. I spoke to another guy there multiple times and was told Onur would call me back. As weeks went past, I was told conflicting updates by the staff working there on separate calls. Issues with sourcing a water pump, then an issue with gasket, then a family death of the mechanic and then that the repairs had not been carried out despite being told they were. I had to keep chasing for updates. Hugely disappointing and extremely frustrating. I was promised Id be updated/ notified when the repairs were completed. After four weeks, I decided enough was enough as Id heard nothing and sourced another car. The review is reflective of the awful customer service. I wish they had just been honest and transparent with me. Make sure that you buy with caution as the car I had purchased had been sat for weeks which I was told by the Car Centre had caused the seized pump.

Lovely family run business. Father & son was so helpful. I only went to enquire about a car & left very happy with my first car. I would definitely recommend to family & friends. X

Would have been 5 stars, but on reading my finance documents I noticed he reduced my annual mileage from what was agreed by 2000 miles which is a big annual drop. Not pleased at all.

We visited the showroom in July 2016 looking for a car for my wife. Both gentlemen who work at the showroom were keen to help. They were friendly and knowledgeable without being too sales driven. We have been driving our Toyota Yaris automatic car for six months now and there has been no issue at all. We would recommend this showroom to others. Honest, trustworthy and fair prices! Excellent showroom.
