I bought an F20 116i from Mark, and from the get-go he was friendly & communicative. Upon meeting him this continued as he was informative & pretty much left no questions unanswered. The car was certainly reasonably priced and there was no hidden damage or flaws from the advert. One thing that I appreciated about Mark's dealership is the fact (at least in my case) he didn't clean the engine bay intentionally; he shared my mindset in the sense that this way there isn't any concern that an oil or fluid leak is being hidden. Unfortunately there was a power issue with the car, however I don't blame Mark for that, as I didn't notice it myself on the test drive, but I did days later with general long distance trips to work. However don't let this dissuade you; Mark has been understanding and helpful while resolving this, and infact he's gone above & beyond for myself. Once again he's communicative and will always call you back when he says he will; you don't have to pester him like you do with other people! Personally I would recommend, thanks Mark!

I highly recommend Eaton Prestige Cars. Mark provided first class service making my purchase faultless from start to finish. The car, which I received today is just as it was listed. Great vehicle at a very good price. Wouldnt hesitate to use again next time Im looking for a vehicle.

I recently flew over from Belfast to buy a car from Mark. I took a chance at buying the car "blind" and trusting what Mark was telling me. Without any doubt Mark is in the top 1% of used car dealers. I took a gamble, and it has paid off. If I had to go to the England for another car, even if Mark didnt have one, I wouldn't be afraid to ask his help in finding one for me. Top bloke, top outfit. No problem recommending to any readers. Also he makes a great cuppa. Edit: What I forgot to say was that Mark picked us up from Manchester airport. We all know how annoying airport parking and driving can be. He suffered my lack of direction and geography with good grace and patience. If you're in the market for a used car you could do so much worse than speak to Mark. He is a genuine gentleman. Also he really does make a great cuppa.
