Sue Edwards doesn't know the difference between 'there & their' I will explain there is a place & their is like something is owned let's say 'Their managing director' in this case maybe has not had time to reply to a person that has not had a good education. Sue Edwards also probably doesn't realise that a vehicle being driven a by a person is not always employed by the company name on the vehicle so the driver could be from another company & only using this vehicle due to being rented/hired/contracted out
