        Very unfortunate experience involving a Seat Ateca. Paid 100 deposit to secure the car subject to inspection. Interactions were positive initially. However, upon receiving a video following the valet, the car was still covered in marks and the engine was making an unusual sound. I asked for an explanation around these concerns including a request for detailed photographs. Never received either of the above and also never received the service history originally requested. After asking for my deposit back, I cannot get hold of Nigel, who I was dealing with. No reply to emails and WhatsApps ignored, which is unfortunate as I offered the chance to resolve before resorting to a negative review.
