I have always found the staff very helpful and polite on the telephone, the company keeps you and staff updated with new training and keeps up to date with current issues, putting training on around them. It's good that the young people in care can also access training to help them develope skills before leaving care.

Great variety of training available which has helped us in new venture in children's homes delivery. The system is easy to use and includes the ability for managers to assess impact upon children. Good courses for young people also.

Roundhouse has used the Childrens Home Training Hub for several years to train residential care staff. We have found it really easy to use and the quality of the courses is excellent and help us meet our training targets
