Fun The Store

Initially a good service, received a board game just in time for Xmas. Unfortunately box damaged by Hermes, sent photos and they agreed to 5 compensation. I requested that I have time to open the Xmas present on Xmas day to check contents ok. Problem, when I requested the compensation they failed to read the email correctly and refused the compensation, 3 weeks later after explaining their mistake to them and no reply or apology. I will not be using this Company again.

Great place and super friendly service, wide range of toys available and well priced too. Only popped in for a browse and ended up getting quite a few things.

Do not buy from here. They sell 2nd hand products and charge full price, with almost no correspondence at all means you cannot even get your money back. Spent 75 here and received 1 email in 4 weeks, disgraceful company.

Do not buy from this store. Should you have an experience like mine where youve purchased even from Amazon and want to return it they will charge restocking fees and ask you a million questions as to why you want to send something back and clearly if youve just simply changed your mind or dont agree with something they do not want to know. Buy somewhere else! Not worth the hassle.
