B T C Motor Repairs

This garage is not up to scratch. Went in to garage with water leak - not found, had to find at home my self which I did easily enough. Car went in for service. Oil marks left all over the seat and door had to clean. Dads car went in for noise with shocks. Had to go back 3 times before it was sorted. Car went in for blatant chain sound / issue to be diagnosed. Another part fixed when not asked to and got told no chain sound. Start car up, blatant chain sound. Having to find another garage now. Gutted Things must be going down hill here. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went to BTC motors in the past. But I recently bought a used car and the breaks were playing up. So I took it to BTC Motors as I trusted this garage and mentioned my issue with the breaks. A few hours later they call up saying all four breaks all around (disks and pads) need replacing and asked for almost 700. This didn't feel right so I took it elsewhere to a trusted garage that my grandad has used in the past and he said none of the disks need changing as they're practically new (shown me this) and only the two back break pads need changing and has costed me 110. For BTC Motors to try this on, especially in the current economy is disgusting and I will be telling everyone to avoid. I have recently told a few people and something similar also happened to my mother's best friend with BTC Motors.
