One of the last standing original mills in this area of the city. An old print works until 1998 and then converted into creative studios.

Amazing building. Ran a small business here a few years ago. Absolutely filled with famous Manchester aura. Authentic, functioning gated lift from basement right up to the top...although temperamental. Had the fire service out a few times haha The basement reminds me of something where Ian Curtis would sit in silence writing his words. Empty, dark and eerily cold but decorative through artistic eyes. Ground floor was a printing firm for flyers/newsletters, etc. Still busy to this day I believe. 2nd floor unused. 3rd floor was rented out as small studios for local bands to practice, same as top floor where I was. There MUST have been some famous Manchester bands come out of this brilliant building. I wish I could buy it I honestly do but something tells me it would be out of my price range. Long live Manchester architecture
