Cartridge Care Manchester Central

Loved my experience shopping with Cartridge Care Manchester. And with good reason: I spoke with the owner directly who took my order with care and precision. Payment was smooth and efficient. After a couple of hours I made a mistake by being in Currys/PC World and seeing their INCORRECT labelling on the same 301XL compatible cartridge for cheaper than Cartridge Care. I then spoke to Diane (very courteous again) who made sure I could connect wth the owner/manager. It turns out I was wrong as the label within Currys was written wrongly. Owner was very calm and explained to me everything even though I was trying to complain. On reading the 1 star reviews here I find it a real shame that some folks don't know how to use Google Reviews properly (see this business's FB reviews and its all 5 stars). I hope they correct the review to the right businesses they are trying to review. My cartridges were delivered withing a few hours and the delivery person even helped my father (almost 70 and knows nothing about printers) to install them, making sure the printer worked smoothly with replacement cartidges. Which of course Currys would never do. Basically - support small businesses, they are mostly always the best to use! Thanks again Cartridge Care! :)

We have been getting our Toner cartridges for years from Cartridge Care Manchester. Print quality, & good prices, the same day delivery service is fantastic. If ever I need help with my printer they always are happy to help and advise. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a local company and a great service at a good price.

Good quality cartridges - Same day delivery - Cheaper than anywhere else locally. I thoroughly recommend Cartridge Care if you are looking to save money on printer cartridges. The cartridges print good quality and they are very good prices. Fast delivery is a bonus when I have left it till the last minute and need a cartridge in a rush. Thanks, Cartridge care.

Dont bother. 5 for next day delivery paid on a Thursday, it's Monday and I've still not received the cartridge. Mike, from The Cartridge Centre, really doesnt care and doesnt have a phone number. I sent 4 emails, they dont check emails over the weekend???? Their delivery tracking is an app which needs to be downloaded separately, and it crashes. Pathetic. I'll be like everyone else and shop at Amazon who will drive you out of business and ill be laughing with glee
