        Utterly useless. Been waiting 7 hours for a call back. Been cut off repeatedly and still no sign of the emergency plumber they promised. No heating and no hot water. Letting agent and landlord no doubt happy with this service.

        Absolutely disgusting service. Ive been left with no heating and no hot water with a baby in the house. Theyve told me this on New Years Day, and that Im not to expect someone to come out till Tuesday when they can reallocate back to my estate agents. Absolutely do not care. It seems to be more of a tick in the box service for estate agents rather than a team that will actually help out of hours. They basically told me theyll be nobody available to help.
