Absolutely terrible, theyve been providing the internet at my accommodation, Phoenix Place, and theres been nothing but problems the entire year. Theyve been onsite multiple times and fixed it each time. Nothing theyve done has helped and they dont respond when you try to contact them. Even as I was writing this review the internet cut out and I had to post this via my data.

Nothing changed since last year. Still appalling customer service with no replies to countless emails. Now been locked out of the account but there's no way to retrieve the login details as no one cares to answer. Please, just pack up your business if this is how you imagine it works. We ceased working with M247 in 2020 due to the ever declining customer service levels. Despite us changing to another provider and M247 knowing about this, they have continued to charge us for one of the managed switches despite the fact they no longer provide connectivity. To re-iterate....NO internet traffic passes through it! We have contacted on countless occasions....credit control, customer care etc etc and no one ever sends a reply or gets in touch to conclude this matter. Also, on one of our other buildings they have still not attended site to remove their equipment.....again, despite requests. We are now looking at hiring the necessary high access equipment....cherry picker etc to resolve this. M247 this charge will of course be passed onto yourself and will far out- weigh the amount you keep repeatedly sending us statements for! Feb 6th, 2023

For quite some time the Internet has basically been none existent at my uni accommodation, we are meant to be getting 1gb speeds, yet I can barely even connect half the time, I can't even access amazon prime due to apparently being connected to a vpn even though I am connected to the WiFi, this has been ongoing since late last year and it still hasn't been resolved, very very poor service! The Wifi has been temperamental and even none existent for months now since before October half term, in my uni accommodation at Phoenix Place Liverpool! After multiple attempts to contact the company (most of the time to no avail), nothing has been done to fix the issue, leaving myself and many other students struggling to complete work for deadlines! Definitely wouldn't recommend this provider due to lack of communication and poor service! Jan 24th, 2023
