If I could give 0 stars I would. I am SO SHOCKED at this service. I gave 40 minutes notice to pick us up from Manchester to go to Preston at 6- driver turned up late. The driver drove so dangerously and was so wreck-less!! I had to tell him again and again to drive slowly as my 2 year old was in the back. He then kept using his phone while driving and almost caused us to have an accident TWICE! Half way through our journey he started using his hands to put on his MASK?! While driving 70+mph. He kept swerving into other lanes because he kept looking at his phone and his excuse was its windy?! And then the driver was asking ME for DIRECTIONS?! Im not even from the area. I am so shocked at the service I would not recommend. Our fare are 70 and when I called to complain the guy said okay just give 40? No apology nothing. This cab service shouldnt run. Sorry but this isnt acceptable. Driving isnt a game.

Very rude customer person picks the phone and tell a lie to get to me in 5 mins. I wait patiently for 30 mins to call again to be told the driver got there and picked up somebody else. Which is obviously a lie. They had no cars available and wasted my time. He hung up on me after i called to ask why I'm still waiting after 30 mind.

20 minutes late for taxi I had booked for airport 3 days in advance. Had to ring twice to see where it was. Driver was very unsafe. Speeding and went through one red light. Driving very close to other cars and flashing his lights at them. Asked me to ring his phone while he was driving because he had dropped it in the car and needed to look at it, I had to tell him that I thought it was better he concentrated on the road. After I explained that I didn't think I should have to pay the full fare, he became very argumentative telling me that because my company pays it doesn't make a difference to me so I shouldn't worry! It was a surreal experience, I will never use their service again.
