        Just tried to book a taxi and the male who took the call was so rude and he spoke as if he didn't want to be at work. I hope the managers read this & address it with the member of staff who is taking the calls and loosing them business!!

        They hire anybody who has no respect and are constantly on the phone while driving you. I am not trying to hear anybodies conversation when I m in a taxi especially not the drivers convo
