Normally I would have given 10 stars out of 5. Never used other taxis but alfa. In January I got a taxi on my alpha app for my brother pay with card. They took 13.10 out of my account and 13.10 out of my brothers account. I've been trying to get one of the payments back but its impossible. They say the manager will fone u bk. Well I foned them,they ask for my cards details to return one of the payments and guess what,they lied about it. Payment never went in atall. Trying to get it back it's worse than getting robbed in the street. Only coz you know who took your money and they have no intention of returning it.
