We were six people and one of them was disabled I wanted a taxi to take me and my family to the Manchester airport. So I rang the Manchester taxi phone line, the girl who answered the phone line clearly had no patience and very very rude. She hung up the phone on me and even told me to go look for another service just because I was trying to understand their service in relation to a disabled whelchair. I was such desappointed with the treatment over the phone.
