Shocking service. We waited for an hour AFTER we finished our food for our churros. People who came after us left before us. Usually I wouldnt leave a review but, this is place is unbelievably over priced so at least the service should be decent.

We came for food on Tuesday to Wimslow road and my husband got his food it was cold I told him to complain he didn't he said leave it. He doesn't like to make a fuss. It's first time we came to this place and unfortunately he was sick the next day and had diarrhoea stomach ache and vomiting he normally is well. He was extremely disappointed saying that we pay good money expecting good food instead we are paying to get ill. Its sad that is the case. He is reluctant to eat out now. I wanted to ask how come his food was cold. Do they reuse food or defrost food. He had a wrap with rice and chicken in it. We tried emailing them but their contact page wouldn't let us send an email. Doubt we will ever go again after this experience. Its important to complain then don't put up. Why should food be cold when served you would imagine it being cooked freshly then it shouldn't be cold. He thinks either it was cooked earlier and reheated or it was frozen and defrosted in microwave and didn't defrost well. Sadly don't like to pay for frozen food.
