They need to retrain their staff, specifically the guy call Hamza from take away counter ,very rude ! Miserable, and it feels like there is no life on Earth .Bought some seek kabab to eat , does that look cooked to you ? been going there its been 20 years but I think I need to stop . I understand the gas prices gone up is this why they are cooking like this even the kofta meat ball that I bought it looks raw inside , So I went there today to get some food and they had these Kofta deal going on , I asked the Hamza guy if you could put extra one or two kofta and I will pay for it. The way he said no, its look like hes going to take his food to the grave. Its Ramadan and there is way to say no ! This guy was very rude, , especially in this Ramadan month , the way he behaved, looks like one or two extra kofta will make him rich in this world ! I would suggest to get this guy from the counter is the food section people should be happy and make other people happy to buy food, not make them feel miserable and sad and disappointed
