Had a really horrible experience here today collecting a parcel. I was on my bike which was heavily loaded and there are no bike racks so I just held it at the door, which was great and didnt seem to be a problem. I suggested (very casually) that they should look into getting some bike racks as theres an exciting new bike lane and cyclops being built right outside. The cashier was immediately defensive and said its for the council. I said I knew that but you could apply for them and itd be great for business - I know Id stop in often on my way home if there was secure bike parking. The man just became more and mi free aggressive as the conversation went on - everything about his manner was threatening and I ended up leaving the shop in tears. Wont be having parcels delivered there again (or stopping in for essentials on my way home)
