The pharmacy staff are incredibly incompetent and have the worst attitude towards customers! They couldnt find my name on their system for like 20 minutes to begin with and when I finally got to pay for it by card, the guy simply walked away while I was paying and then I had to wait for him to return and actually give me my medication for another 5 minutes. The attitude is not the biggest problem though. The guy called me 15 minutes after when I was driving and said that I had to return and pay again because the transaction didnt go through. But my bank statement says otherwise and so does the receipt that he gave me! Dear Tesco, please start checking ppls iq levels are above 80 before you hire them
