Dealt with Dan Turner this week relating to some urgent financial matters and such a surprise to have someone take personal responsibility for something and help a customer when they need it. He was all over a problem we had and took time to help manage a solution and communicate everything back to us. So appreciated at a particularly stressful time. Thanks Dan.

I've been with ii for over 10 years and have invested on other platforms too. Over this period I've tried many of the ii services, including pension transfer and crystallisation. I find their site intuitive to use and the ii cost model to be both clear and flexible. I also find their various reviews, insights and portfolios very useful. Based on my experience thus far, I would certainly recommend.

I dont like the reviews here but I will keep it vague due to privacy issues. My boyfriend works here for IT. He makes a good salary and they take care of their workers with different insurance covers. Even with mental health if that ever becomes needed. I like the fact they care this much. His last job underpaid him and overworked him. Since he got this job he has been much more happy and making a good salary and feels appreciated. I would recommend looking for a job here and not look at the other reviews as I know he had several job offers but he choose this company and Im glad he did. During covid he works from home. But the few times he is needed in the office they also pay for his lunch. 10/10 would recommend to work here.
