Top notch company - Fair priced, straight shooting, delivered on time, and when I asked for an extra newel post for better support they sorted one out FOC straight away. Couldn't ask for more!! Very happy with quality & everything about it.

The Stair Shop did an excellent job in both supplying and fitting a new staircase from the landing to a loft extension. They also updated the existing staircase to match the new one. The fitting was done over 3 days and they erected a cover to work from each day and completely swept & cleaned up every night. I am 100% satisfied with the job. Thanks to all the Stair Shop people for an excellent job

Rang them up. Came to my home. Spent around 1 hour measuring. Said would send over designs. That was around 8 weeks ago. Rang and left messages. No returned calls. What is the point of wasting my time and yours in measuring if you are not prepared to do the work. Waste of time. Further to the above. The company eventually contacted me and apologised. They provided some quotes and explained that my quote was overlooked, which caused the delay. The quotes provided were fair. I would use the company if i go ahead with my project.
