I came to Javid with an injured knee through sports late last year (2022). He immediately assessed the severity of the situation, and gave me some fantastic advice along with rehab exercises. As a result I was playing rugby again within 4-5 months and havent suffered since. I now have much more knowledge on the situation as a result of sessions with Javid and feel more comfortable dealing with my injury in the future.

I was recommended Javid by a close friend and the treatment process exceeded all expectations. I'd had a nasty knock on my ankle at football so booked my consultation, there was little to no flexibility in my ankle when I first saw Javid and 5 sessions later, I was completing box jumps, sprints and a whole lot of other exercises I couldn't name! Couldn't recommend the service more - the whole process was explained so I could understand, very professional and enjoyable throughout.

Must recommend the Normatec Hyperice legs sleeves treatment I came in to the clinic with a constant dull pain in both my legs. This treatment has increase circulation, revive muscles, and reduced pain In both my legs and I have been more mobile since treatment , would highly recommend this.

Visited Javid on recommendation from my PT. I was having issues with my hip and shoulders. Booked a massage and a physio assessment. Javid was great, very professional - explained everything in detail and he was good at putting me at ease, as I'd not done anything like this before. He was able to get to the route cause of the issue and he gave me exercises to do which have really helped with my mobility and strength. Brilliant experience, I'd definitely recommend.
