Holland Therapy - Injury & pain treatment

I have been visiting Holland Osteotherapy for a few months now, and Ive already seen a huge improvement of my back day to day. He explained what he thought was causing my back to be so sore really easily and very helpful, and gave me some stretches to do to try and help whilst at home, as well as giving me alternative exercises I could do instead of ones I mentioned were hurting my back. The appointments are also very reasonably priced. George is really friendly and puts you at ease during the appointments, he is very professional and helpful - I would highly recommend using him if youre struggling with your back!

George is a fantastic osteopath, and has been an absolute life saver with my own ongoing back therapy & recovery routine over the last 6 months. He is an exceptionally knowledgeable individual and able to communicate said knowledge, via his calm demeaner & easy going personality. I am so grateful to a friend for putting his name & talents on to my radar, when I needed professional help the most. So for anybody who's reading this and requires a physical therapist, who's phenomenally talented. George has been treating me for a number of weeks and my back is already much improved. He has done more for my skeletal health than any other health practitioner Ive previously seen. Ive found him to be really thorough, careful and extremely knowledgeable, taking a genuine interest in my well-being. I would highly recommend him.

George quickly identified the problem and devised a course or treatment and exercises to alleviate the symptoms. This helped to quickly reduce the pain and strengthen the affected area. George is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and highly recommended.

I've been getting support from George for 6 months now after exacerbating an old back injury whilst playing sport. His cautious and nurturing approach has got me to a point where I can start going back to training once the season restarts. Thanks for your continued support George.
