        I went to Factory Cryo as I had been struggling to sleep and also experiencing some pain in my elbows and shoulders since starting pilates. Adam explained the entire process to me and reassured me I could handle the cold, he guided me all the way through making me feel at ease. Afterwards I felt less pain and inflammation and slept better than I had in weeks. A great experience and outcome!

        I've had cryotherapy here 4 times now, Adam is very professional and he keeps talking to you the whole time you're in there to take your mind off the cold. I highly recommend this and I'll be going more to help with my aches and pains.
