Absolutely incredible product and customer service. I got in contact with Kevin ahead of purchasing an In:Quality Despatch box. He told me everything I needed to know, and additional information about how to set up in my office using powerline adaptors to re-route my internet connection from my modem/router. Having purchased it, he then personally dropped the kit to my house within an hour, fully configured with my own SIP address. The box itself works like a charm, crystal clear, studio quality audio. Would HIGHLY recommend this piece of kit and this company. I now have professional broadcasting capabilities from home.

I'm not a luddite, I know nothing about sound tech or ... any of this. But with the help of Kevin (ipDTL service) I think I got it! They been wonderful and so easy to work with. So far so good!

I've been using ipDTL for years. It's the best ISDN replacement currently on the market, in my case, mostly for voiceovers. Besides being able to patch to an ipDTL connection with studios around the world, you also have the ability to "bridge" to an actual ISDN line for those studios who are still catching up to the modern technology. If you're doing promo VO's every day, it's really an essential tool in the bag. And, of course, at a tiny fraction of the cost of a physical ISDN line and hardware.

Thank you! I'm now able to conduct broadcast quality interviews with remote guests without having to pay for a mic hold or a remote studio. Brilliant. So easy to use, easy to explain to guests and great quality.
