I have been using Fergus for four weeks now. It's easy to use and very intuitive plus Callum and the team have been instrumental in helping me get to grips with the features and functionality. It's a refreshing change to use software that is user friendly and doesn't make my job difficult or complicated. They are also super friendly too so thank you and please don't get fed up of me pinging you :o)

We cannot recommend Fergus Software enough! We have been a Fergus user for over a year now and it has revolutionised the way we run our business. Before we decided to give Fergus a try, every single estimate/quotation, Invoice and document was hand written and copied manually where it was then stored locally on our hard drives. Doing things manually was great at first as it suited our needs at the time but, as the business grew, doing everything manually became a chore with documents becoming harder to track and manage. We decided that, in order to grow our business in a more manageable way, we needed to start using job management software and, after taking advantage of the trial periods of numerous brands, we settled on Fergus for the following reasons: Web - GUI - The layout is appealing to the eye, intuitive and easy to use and, after some training, can be mastered fairly quickly. (Fergus support is always on hand to assist where needed) Job Tracking - The progress of every job is tracked from the initial estimate/quotation/charge up right through to completion at the invoice stage. It doesn't end there though, Invoices are also tracked and, based on the client payment profile (payment on completion, 14 days, 30 days etc), are instantly flagged when late payment is detected where an automated email is sent to the client as a friendly reminder of payment due. Materials Lists - This is one of my person favourites! You can create a material list which will automatically populate upon typing just a few letters in your estimates. I must be honest and say that it does take some time to set up as each item has to be manually input but the time take to do this is well worth the effort!!! This one aspect of the Fergus software has cut my estimate creation time down from up to an hour to merely minutes! No joke!!! Cloud storage - Pictures, documents and other files can be safely stored to the Fergus Cloud. Each job has a "files & photos" section where you can drag and drop pictures and documents to each job. This is a great feature and allows you to keep those important pictures and files linked to that particular job. I could go on all day here as there are many many more features to this software but I have a business to run so I'll stop typing and get on with my day but I'll leave with a final few words............... Whether you are a small or large business but you're struggling with keeping track of your jobs, give Fergus a try! You've got noting to lose but everything to gain!! From the off looking at the dashboard was like looking at the controls of a cockpit. But straight away Thomas put me to ease and within days I was using fergus like I had been my whole life. Fergus has been absolutely fantastic in the build of our company from all the tools the website holds to the banter the colleagues have. Thomas is a breath of fresh air and has been amazing in all the help he has given and continues to give. It's nice to deal with someone down to earth that wants to help rather than just trying to make money. The software has really helped make our company look very professional and continues to work with us to help build it up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!

Fergus has proved to be a resounding success for us as it has enabled us to completely transition away for pen & paper and move into a fully digitized job management system. The training and after care process is excellent and it's clear that the team are continually trying to make improvements. For us, it's cut admin time by half - that's worth it just on its own!
