Do not trust or buy laminate flooring from SCS. I have spoken to SCS both in store and through head office concerning a faulty design and fitting which has gone on for over a year. I have followed every step they have asked me to follow to sort out the issue. SCS have sent out their own representatives, fitters, and an independent assessor who have completed reports and have all said there is a fault with the panels. Their own customer service team have looked at the photos and said that it looks wrong.SCS however are not prepared to help out in any other way or offer any kind of refund. The worst customer support and purchase I have ever made!

I waited for 3 months for delivery of my leather sofa which apparently comes from China. I realized there was manufacturing faults. The sofa had excessive movement on the back on one side compared to the other side, which caused a gap between the arm and the back of the sofa. I contacted the aftercare team within a week, 17 days later they sent a technician to inspect it, he adjusted the bracket and moved the filling around in the arm to improve the appearance. Unfortunately this didn't make any difference as 5 days later I had to phone the aftercare team again, 12 days later a 2nd technician came to inspect the sofa, he pulled the back forward and said there was nothing wrong with it and said it was the way I sat on it. THE SOFA WAS LIKE THIS WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED. He said he would put in his report and we would hear from the aftercare team, 3 days later we were told that the sofa is performing to the standard they would expect it to therefore the case is closed. All I can say is if this is the standard they expect then he standards have certainly dropped over the years as I purchased a Leather suite 11 years ago from SCS and it's in perfect working order compared to the sofa I've just purchase. SCS are happy to take your money but the aftercare is absolutely atrocious. I'm still left with a sofa that has excessive movement on one side and a gap between the arm and the back of the sofa. I would never buy anything else from SCS again.

Good at selling furniture but very poor with aftercare service. Not interested when something goes wrong. Would never buy anything from SCS

There's nothing at this place. Salesmen are like shark. The moment you enter they pester you. It's so uncomfortable and would never go there again.
