10/10! Jonquille is professional and down-to-earth. I booked an Elim pedicure treatment and my feet have never felt so soft. Her working area is clean (especially important at the moment) and the atmosphere is relaxed as she is so approachable. I highly recommend Jonquille for her skills and quality of service, and look forward to returning as soon as I can.

I had the carbon facial and was really impressed with the results. I've had a chemical peel and derma facial in the past and this treatment gave the best results, my skin looked amazing. I definitely recommend. I'm now booking in to get my second treatment of hair removal.

I had my third set of laser hair removal with JB Laser last week and it was fantastic! I saw results almost immediately and I will certainly be back for another visit. The owner is extremely professional and spent time with me beforehand discussing the process and what to expect. I have had similar treatments in salons before and sometimes have felt rushed, however, my treatment was the proposed time and she used her own time beforehand to cover a full consultation. I am looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend JB Laser Treatments :)

I've recently had treatments for both hair and tattoo removal - both from my back - and I'm extremely pleased with the results. After only one session I've noticed a significant reduction of hair growth and my tattoo has faded considerably. In addition the service was spot on - I was immediately put at ease and the procedures were very professionally carried out. I've already booked a follow up session and would certainly recommend.
