Not satisfied at all a month ago I went for my appointment and they said it will be cancel because it's temporary close we will call you for new appointments and they didn't call and they don't answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After purchasing 12 sessions the branch has closed and the clinic is refusing to refund my money. During the time the clinic was open it was impossible to take an appointment and I the only session I had was the worse laser session I did and Ive had many in other clinics before. Avoid this place

Avoid! I've had a terrible experience with the company. Paid for two treatments up front (as is required to book the appt) for me and a friend. Turned up on stated time/date and no record of our booking (despite the fact I had both email and text confirmation). Understandably things can go wrong and genuinely wouldn't have minded but since been refused a refund and had really poor customer service. Advised have to write & post letter to managing director to get refund, did that in December and still no response. Have emailed and called to no avail. Having to escalate through trading standards to get back nearly 200. Can now see in reviews that similar things have happened to lots of others. Would avoid spending any money here, lots of other businesses offering much better.

Firstly, this company doesnt even deserve 1 star! I have paid for 12 laser sessions with the Manchester clinic around 7 months ago in full and have been informed by the Ashton clinic that if I want my laser session I have to pay on the day! Because apparently Manchester clinic is closed and isnt paying the other branches the money that we have payed to them! So now I have to dispute through my bank to get a refund and it might not even be guaranteed i get one. Absolute joke Worst company ever for laser. The staff is amazing but the incompetence from the company is disgusting and its a shame so many other people are going through this as well. I feel sorry for your staff!

I booked laser on an offer of 6 sessions for what i thought was a brilliant price at the time. It appears the offer is given as the company have no intention of providing 6 sessions and therefore the amount paid is no longer an offer. I have so far had two sessions and have had two sessions cancelled at different clinics claiming they are both shut coincidentally both at the time of my different appointments. I receive emails informing me of the cancellation providing their contact number to rearrange, only the call can't be connected due to 'technical issues'. I am now beyond 9 weeks since my last laser with no idea when / if I will receive another appointment. They advise you do not exceed 8 weeks, and preferably book within 4-6 weeks since your last session, my laser progress will now likely not work very well if I do ever receive another appointment. I suggest avoiding this company especially any offers that appear too good to be true!
