I've always been skeptical about laser hair removal, having tried it in the past with little to no results. However, I recently decided to give it another chance at Neo-Derm, and I'm so glad I did! The difference was like night and day. Not only was the procedure itself more comfortable and efficient, but the results were simply amazing. After just a few sessions, the hair on my legs and underarms has become noticeably thinner and sparser, and the regrowth is much slower than before. I also appreciated the professionalism and expertise of the staff, who took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. They made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire treatment.

Lost my booking because I was poorly! I emailed in the morning as couldn't get hold of anyone in the salon. Spoke to the manager today to re-arrange but he tried to charge 50 more and refused to re-book me in. Because I purchased through Group-on he had a horrible cold attitude and point blank refused to budge on his ridiculous 48 hour cancellation rule and asked me to send proof from my GP that i was poorly!!! - AVOID

Such a lovely receptionist! I was looking for a cream that nobody had in stock and luckily I found it here and she was so nice and genuine.
