I booked 0.5ml of Restylane and another treatment online. I travelled for an hour and it was only once I was sat in the chair with numbing cream on my lips, I was told they didnt have the filler Id booked. I should have been contacted and told this before hand and it would have saved me a pointless journey as I decided not to go ahead with the treatments. I chose to travel and pay their (expensive) prices as Id been quite happy during my first couple of visits to the clinic. I will not be going back as there are HUNDREDS of cheaper and more professional/ better clinics out there. I didnt get a single apology either. Dont go.

I'm in utter shock regarding this McAestetic ,and how do they have the guts to call a make-up remove and the superficial use of a suction pump.Plus a 5 collagen mask on top of which they were moving around a led light ; DEEP FACIAL PORES CLEANING (They wanted to shave me without bothering to explain the procedure.. when i say that i want to skip that part the "aesthetician " tried to convince me that I will not grow beard apparently shaving removes your bad skin layers too ...but there is microdermoabrazion for this ...or scrub,the very professionals seems not to know about )However it was included in the costs final costs. Ironically the procedure is called Mc Pro Facial Deluxe And they uses the phrase OH BUT VIP'S COME HERE FOR THIS TREATMENT ...I HIGHLY DOUBT I have never thought I will have such a disappointing experience in England.. Thanks the Universe for the Amazing Professional Aesthetician form Romania who thought me what a professional cleansing and treatment should be like. I'm sure there are so many amazing ones in England too,unfortunately this This McAestetic it's a big scam. Horrible experience!. ...keep searching people. They don't respect the customers and don't care about your skin needs. On top of all they were having a very arrogant position when I said that I'm not happy....something like how dare you... So bad I didn't read the reviews. A huge NEVER AGAIN.
