I rarely ever write reviews especially negative ones but this was genuinely the worst service I have ever received in my life. It was so bad it was almost funny. I appreciate they were understaffed which was explained to us by Sarah (she was lovely although you could tell she was stressed) however I have worked in hospitality myself and the other waitress was just rude. She would come over to ask us something and even leave halfway through? I tried to order a drink 3 times from her to no avail. Thankfully Sarah was kind enough to take it off the bill after we received the drink over half an hour later. Never once checked the food, when she did take our order she seemed like her attention was elsewhere and that she would literally rather be anywhere else than talking to you. Again, I get it, when you're understaffed it's horrible but like I said - rudest service of my life. There's 'bad service' and then there is whatever we got this night. Would like to add this was not due to Sarah - she was lovely and apologetic whenever we spoke to her. I have to say as well the food was not the worth the wait at all either. Mine was really bland. Feels as if this place used to be great but maybe due to new staff/chefs it was awful. Will never come here again and have been warning others not to.

Food was great, if you could last the wait. Honestly some of the worst service I've endured. Nearly an hour for drinks to arrive, food no faster and waitress was rude and completely unapologetic, giving dirty looks whenever anybody asked for anything. Explained on arrival that a couple of dishes weren't available but by the time they arrived to take orders this had expanded to most the menu. At least one table left before their food even arrived.
