Thank you for a very comfortable stay in your rooms. It was ideal for my daughters wedding celebrations and Mark the Janitor deserves a special mention in his good-humoured response to a couple of issues we had whilst there. 10 Apr 2023 Not sure where to put a review for our stay with you but your rooms were clean and very comfortable..The response from your staff was very good and contacting you worked very well. We had four rooms and stayed for three nights in April. We used your rooms as a base for two days of Wedding celebrations for my daughter and her new husband. Our family wish to thank you and would recommend the rooms to anyone. Our three year old grandson loved his apartment too!

The accomodation and customer service from hell I would not recommend this company to my biggest enemies. We booked an apartment for the end of November for a couple of nights. It was our first family holiday travelling with a 3 months old. We booked directly on the website as it was cheaper. Huge huge mistake. We checked in on a Sunday evening. There was a dead pigeon in front of the flat. The area was a little rough. There were huge refuse collection bins just outside the window. Once we entered the flat we noticed an overpowering perfume smell unusually in indicator of trying to hide something. The kitchen was filthy and there was a bad smell coming from all the cupboards. There was mould in the bathroom! I tried calling and emailed. We waited for an hour and then we left as we were putting our newborn at a health risk. We became homeless until we could find a new place on a Sunday night. Our holiday was ruined. I contacted them on Monday, was told to email, was told we should've stayed, but no refund will be given. They admitted the flat was indeed left in an unsatisfactory state. Luckily, I paid with a MasterCard and challenged them. I also threatened to take them to court fully intending to. I just found out that they didn't respond to the bank and as such I got my money back. Avoid at all costs!

Not sure where to put a review for our stay with you but your rooms were clean and very comfortable..The response from your staff was very good and contacting you worked very well.
