The bread was so stale that it crumbled to the touch.
The bloke, Raj, serving me, was incredibly rude. He didn't come to the drive - thru so I had to go into the store. He has no meatballs ready so I got steak and cheese - he forgot the cheese. He toasted the sandwich for about 10 seconds and brought it back out cold.
He was also taking a personal phone call whilst serving me.
Complete waste of 7 - go to McDonald's over the road instead

Ive been every day between Tuesday morning and Saturday morning (I work nights / days, and the petrol station is on my way home) and the girl hasnt even got one item of food out.
Shes honest and says it opens at 8am and laughs it off so I just joke with her that she cant be having a lie-in next time I want to come in.
Just come in at 2030 on a Friday night after work on way home.
Guy behind the counter just having a personal call and absolutely no sign of any food and looks like hes already cleaned.
If hes quick I reckon he started moving stuff at 8pm.
Its supposed to be open until 9pm.
Asked him what time he closes and he looked at the clock before saying Half 8 and carried on his call.
I said no you dont, youre supposed to serve food until 9 oclock and its only just 8-30 now.
He just grinned and stared at me.
Probably a great subway during the day but the staff dont understand what opening hours are.
