Absolutely disgraceful is customer service has disappeared or just no manners?Do they have think they own the place ohh no because if they did they would know not to have such an attitude towards customers as they wouldnt have any gong in there

Im always happy at this Pret. Efficient service and friendly staff. Today- I noticed how politely and professionally the staff treated a very rude and passive aggressive customer. Testament to their skills jn customer service !
