I was threatened with violence by an employee here when they got my order wrong. I specifically asked for chicken strips and not wings with my meal. When I was given my meal I politely told the employee that I asked for strips and not chips they apologised and said that they would make me some. After 5 minutes I was presented with a single strip that had been cut into three pieces. I confronted the person working and showed them the strips and how they were the size of French fries and was sworn at by them. My tray of food was snatched of me and my money was thrown on the table and I was shouted at to leave. As I was leaving the shop I was told that people get their necks cut for doing what I did. Honestly, I have never been so horrified in my life that such a heinous individual can be employment. Ive never experience such abhorrent behaviour in a public business from a member of staff. The incident happened a few years back now and I feel as though I am obligated to leave this review, especially now that I use my account for leaving reviews.
