I booked for myself and my boyfriend, however on the night my boyfriends brother and his girlfriend were also free so we enquired whether they could join us. We were told this was not a problem, they would just need to alter the programme we batted with. Halfway through the programme (50 balls to go), the timer ended and we were told to leave the net. We were then charged for all 4 people to bat despite not recieving the full time. When we pointed out this was a little unfair as we werent advised of this (and would have happily batted just the two as originally booked) to get the full experience, the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive towards us. The manager began accusing us of shouting despite us not raising our voices once and refused to give us a refund. We were eventually offered some more time in the net however by this point our experience had been soured and we just wanted to leave. The batting itself is fun (but slow so eats into your time) however the service is quite poor.
